...And so it begins!...The next version of a Federal ban on semi-automatic firearms is again in play, this one was already being prepared before the elections, so confident this "Axis of Evil" were that they would have their way (which begs other questions). These firearms ignorant morons think that by making a few "adjustments", it will effectively turn your "Modern" firearm" (Excuse me?. The AR-15 was designed in the 1950's an the AK-47 was like earlier than, 1947?. Flipping clueless idiots!!) back into the capabilities equivalent to a flintlock musket, the next best thing to a complete confiscation program in their twisted minds. This "mutilation law" Californians know is merely debased harassment intended to make you give up your firearms or never obtain one in the first place, with the caveat that if you DO choose to own a firearm, you will be so boxed in and under threat of prison time for simple "technical violations" you will be scared off from even trying. Diabolical, isn't it?. Well, you must realize these anti-gun nuts ARE diabolical. Liars, Tyrants and Bullies, the lot of them, they have never seen a gun/gun-owner they do not hate, or a dirty trick they are not willing to use, aided by the biased media who buy into their misbegotten agenda. Now, as I have repeated over and over...NOW...You people in other states are going to be welcomed to our world in California (Directed to the out-of-staters who spend so much time insulting California Gun-owners for what we fight against daily, instead of the politicians who impose these unjust laws & regulations upon us!). The President and his surrogates, the "Axis of Evil", are happily working to spread the "California-Illinois" doctrine of oppression nationwide, and in a form even worse than the Clinton version. Sat on you butt with the "I got mine" mentality, taking no action?. How's that working for you now, Bubba?. Don't you realize these fanatics are plotting your demise (on many levels) and have a team of lawyers on their side to do so?. Stop the petty and get to the ready!. This is a political "War without end", and you are in the fight whether you like it or not (They never stop, we cannot stop either!) , just like the Founding Fathers were against the Crown, and gave us a Republic that is now being rat nibbled by Marxist ideology into nothing less than an "Idiocracy/Ameritopia". Feinstein rumored to be pushing semi-auto ban if Obama reelected
This correspondent received an email from a source purported to be
forwarded from Lawrence G. Keane, Senior Vice President, Assistant
Secretary and General Counsel for the National Shooting Sports
Foundation, which stated:
I just heard that Sen. Feinstein’s attorney is meeting
right now with folks from FTB and ATF legal (Eric Epstein [legal], Todd
Martin [Legal] and Earl Griffith [FTB] and others) to discuss a new SAW
ban, that she would want to start pushing through as soon as (if) Obama
gets reelected.
- - No pistol grip allowed
- - No HC Mags
- - No grandfathering
- - No sale permissible if in possession
That is all I know right now
This is certainly consistent with President Obama's call in the debates to
re-up the federal semi-auto ban (
as well as go after handguns), and is further circumstantially corroborated by
a new NSSF release relating how Feinstein continues to defend ATF actions in
Fast and Furious gunwalking, all the while
still "claiming, erroneously, that 70 percent of guns seized in Mexico were traced to the United States."...
