Intimidation: Law would fire sheriffs for defying gun control measures

We knew this was coming, the usual from the current regime: 1) Attack any who dare to "defy" them and 2) Invoke the murdered children's corpses as emotional talisman's to browbeat those who would defy them. Notice that they NEVER invoke the thousands of people whose lives were SAVED by the presence of a firearm, no, cannot do that since it does not fit their anti-gun propaganda narrative!...Sheriffs are elected officials, not appointed officials who owe slavish allegiance to the political whims of the Mayors, like most big-city anti-gun Police chiefs. Those that cannot be "controlled" must be destroyed, and we see this in action with intimidation and threats against the "Constitutional Sheriffs" Movement. The regime, despite having overwhelming lawyer power on their side (Not to mention Bloomberg's millions of dollars: do not think the state-by-state tactic is an accident!), will be running into a minefield here, since similar federal laws are already being ignored, such as federal marijuana laws, so precedent has already been set. The bumbling fools of the regime yet again show their ham handed thuggish gangster side masked as phoney "compassion", in this unending war against semi-auto firearms and their owners... (S9)

Supporters of the 380 sheriffs in 15 states who so far have vowed to defy new state and federal gun control laws claim that legislation is starting to pop up around the nation to fire any state elected or appointed law enforcement official who doesn't obey federal orders.
The first effort emerged in Texas...What's more, it would remove any elected or appointed law enforcement officer for simply stating or signing any document stating that they will not obey federal orders...
