Seagal asked to help stop firearms import restrictions on Russians

Seagal, with a reputation on both sides of the law (putting on handcuffs and wearing them also) is likely the last person the Russians should depend on to change a firearms export law, which even many U.S. gun-owners know nothing about, just another "routine" infringement on the 2nd Amendment RKBA disguised as something else...(S9)
