The threats to our rights aren't just at the federal level.  Serious threats in the form of new "assault weapons" and "high capacity" magazine bans, as well as additional, related restrictions have also been proposed at the state and local levels (so far, in Illinois, Colorado, and Vermont, with Delaware and Maryland likely to see legislation in the near future)....
