Semi-Automatic Heart...

Semi-automatic technology is over 100 years old! Semi-automatic(aka Self loading)tech is not machine gun full-automatic tech, some firearms merely look similar. Civilian ownership of such firearms are a right, not a privilege. Current "laws" suppressing ownership are blatant infringements.
