Seagal asked to help stop firearms import restrictions on Russians

Seagal, with a reputation on both sides of the law (putting on handcuffs and wearing them also) is likely the last person the Russians should depend on to change a firearms export law, which even many U.S. gun-owners know nothing about, just another "routine" infringement on the 2nd Amendment RKBA disguised as something else...(S9)
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin asked actor Steven Seagal on Tuesday for help in abolishing a Russian-US agreement which restricts sales of modern Russian small arms in the United States..."In fact, we can supply only old firearms produced before 1998," Rogozin told Seagal at a meeting in Moscow...
